Employee
Surveys; Are They Worth It?..
There are few concepts
in organization development that run as hot and cold as the employee
survey. Many organizations try them for a year or two then drop

The GrowthGoals Programme:
Many attempts to develop employees fail, not because of a lack
of skill, but because few understand the complexity of the change
process. This unique one day workshop will greatly enhance participants’ knowledge
of the personal change process and lead to more successful employee
development. It can be offered as a stand-alone experience or linked
with other initiatives such as leadership skills training, performance
management, and 360 surveys. For more information e-mail bob@touchstoneconsulting.ca or call 604-228-1948
