TOUCHSTONE NEWS:
A new consulting area for us is the fascinating world of Safety in the Workplace. More specifically we are working with a client to reinforce and enhance their safety culture. We will apply to safety our experience garnered from working with past clients on changing specific elements of their culture. Changing Organizational Culture -The Missing Piece
(And it's a big one)

It is very rare these days to meet a manager who hasn't been involved in at least one attempt to change an organization's culture. For Safety Training:

There are few high quality safety training videos designed for managers and more specifically their role in strengthening the safety culture. However I managed to find an excellent and brand new video entitled Giants of Leadership. It's highly recommended. Check out the website, because they have many excellent videos. The company is Latitude Productions and the web address www.latitudeproductions.co.uk
Not only are the products outstanding but also their level of customer service.

The GrowthGoals Programme:
Many attempts to develop employees fail, not because of a lack of skill, but because few understand the complexity of the change process. This unique one day workshop will greatly enhance participants’ knowledge of the personal change process and lead to more successful employee development. It can be offered as a stand-alone experience or linked with other initiatives such as leadership skills training, performance management, and 360 surveys.
