Strategic Thinking
We work with management teams at both organization and department levels to develop and implement a realistic strategy for success. Our approach is more effective than most because it is based on our belief that strategic thinking is far more critical to success than simply working through a traditional strategic planning process.

Management Assessment and Selection
We use a variety of innovative techniques that include assessment centres, pencil and paper tests and behavioural interviews. The assessment centres help our clients identify high potential managers and to build a development plan to ensure that each manager achieves his/her full potential. In a management selection situation, we use the same techniques to help clients identify the best person for the job.

Management Development

Management development should be linked to strategy. We start with the client’s strategy to determine the management competencies required for success, then build cost-effective development processes to ensure that managers possess the prerequisite skills. We have developed and delivered a wide range of management development options that include workshops, business simulations, 360° surveys, executive coaching.

Performance Management
To be effective, Performance Management cannot be viewed as a mandatory, performance appraisal process. Performance Management must become the way managers manage people. Our approach to Performance Management is to implement it as a management philosophy. Although we provide a system and process to guide managers, our approach instills the belief that “this is the way we manage in our organization."

Organizational Research
As with all our consulting, our organizational research service focuses on cost-effectiveness. We help our clients measure what they manage.
